NDTV files draft for IPO

New Delhi Television Ltd has filed a draft red herring prospectus with Securities Exchange Board of India for its initial public offer of Rs 100 crore (Rs 1 billion).

The offer comprises fresh issue and offer for sale through a 100 per cent book-building route, the news broadcaster said in a statement in Mumbai on Thursday.

NDTV would list the equity shares on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, it said.

JM Morgan Stanley Pvt Ltd, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd and ICICI Securities are the book running lead managers to the public offer.
