With the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas coming on stream soon, Trinidad and Tobago would be an ideal location for Indian businessmen, according to the country's manufacturing association.
Trinidad and Tobago can act as a geographical hub with its infrastructural, political and economic stability, the vice president of Trinidad and Tobago Manufactures' Association, Anthony Aboud, said.
There was a need to look beyond just buying and selling of goods, he said adding, India has a tremendous opportunity to expand its market base in the region.
