Zicom bags Rs 24 mn order

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd., India's leading security solutions provider, has bagged orders of Rs 24.40 million from the power sector. These consist of order of Rs 16.70 million from Bhabha Atomic Research Centre for biometrics access control systems using finger scan technology, CCTV surveillance systems and fire alarm system, order of Rs 3.90 million from Nuclear Power Corporation for access control system and order of Rs 3.80 million from National Thermal Power Corporation for CCTV surveillance systems.

Commenting on the orders, Mr. Manohar Bidaye, Chairman, Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd., said, " Our strategy to focus on large orders in the government sectors has started paying off. We have created focused groups to cater to the different needs of various government sectors like defence, aviation, power etc. in the country."
