Nucent Finance Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors, at its meeting held on January 08, 2003 has decided to divest the entire shareholding of the company in its wholly owned subsidiary Nucent Securities Ltd to Pressman Advertising & Marketing Ltd, as consideration towards part payment of its dues.
