Redmi has added a new smartphone to its popular Note series with the Redmi Note 17 5G, bringing together 8,000 mAh battery, a 17.75 cm TrueColour AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.
It features a 17.75cm TrueColour AMOLED display with a wide DCI-P3 colour gamut, flat OLED panel and TÜV-certified eye protection.
The handset runs on the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 Mobile Platform, built using a 4 nm process. Its octa-core CPU can reach speeds of up to 2.3 GHz.
For photography, it features a 50 MP main rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and 5 P lens. On the front, there is an 8 MP selfie camera.
With HydroTouch 2.0, the touchscreen remains responsive even when your fingers are wet, greasy or covered in soap.
The Redmi Note 17 5G runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3, offering a refreshed interface with a range of features.
It packs an 8,000 mAh silicon-carbon battery with 45W fast charging and 22.5W reverse charging, backed by Xiaomi's Surge G1 chip.
The handset is priced at Rs 27,999 for the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB variant, while the 8 GB + 128 GB model costs Rs 30,999. It is available in Dark Night, Arctic Blue and Starlight Purple.
