The Top 10 Fashion Schools In The World

The CEOWORLD Magazine recently released its annual list of the best fashion schools in the world.

The rankings are based on a survey of 250,000 professionals, including fashion executives, recruiters and academics from across 180 territories.

The colleges are rated using seven key metrics such as global brand influence, recruiter response, employer feedback, job placement rate, admission eligibility, specialisation and academic reputation.

10. Fashion Design Institut, Germany
Located in Dusseldorf, this private fashion school is known for its courses in fashion journalism and PR, fashion marketing and management. FDI students get to showcase their work at major events like Paris Fashion Week.

9. Paris College of Art, France
PCA combines the best of American and European influences to offer a global fashion curriculum. Courses like sustainable fashion systems are attracting a diverse pool of international students.

One of the leading schools of fashion and design, LCF is ranked fourth on the list. With niche programmes like fashion psychology and cosmetic science, it is pushing the boundaries of traditional fashion education.

A part of Drexel University, Antoinette Westphal follows an industry-friendly co-op education model which enables students to switch between learning and paid work/internship opportunities.
