OnePlus has unveiled its latest 13T model in China, and it will arrive in India shortly, potentially under the name OnePlus 13S.
The handset comes equipped with a 6.32-inch advanced AMOLED screen, offering high-definition clarity, dynamic refresh scaling from 1 to 120Hz, and is safeguarded by Oppo’s proprietary Crystal Shield technology.
Registering on the scales at approximately 185 gm, the handset maintains a slim profile with a depth of just 8.15 mm. Its lightweight build and sleek frame contribute to a comfortable in-hand feel, making it easy to carry and use throughout the day without causing fatigue.
Marking a shift in design, this is the first OnePlus handset to swap out the classic alert switch for a customisable function key, echoing the approach seen in the iPhone 16 series. On the back, it houses a pair of cameras, expected to include a 50MP primary unit alongside a 50MP zoom-capable sensor.
The smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm’s cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, paired with as much as 16GB memory and up to 1TB onboard capacity in its top-tier variant. It also has thermal management sytem to handle heat -- substantial 4400mm² vapor chamber.
The device is built to endure challenging environments, boasting certified protection against dust and low-pressure water sprays, thanks to its IP65 compliance. It also integrates a specialised G1 wireless module engineered for stable, high-speed connectivity.
This OnePlus 13S phone is rumoured to include a massive 6,260 mAh power unit -- the largest ever fitted in a OnePlus handset -- accompanied by ultra-fast 100W charging capability.
Buyers can trade in their previous devices to receive a discount based on the model's value. While Indian pricing details remain undisclosed, the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version of the OnePlus 13T launched in China carries a price tag of 3,399 Yuan, which roughly converts to ₹39,636.
