We bring you the hottest designs showcased at the Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week, which concluded on September 15.

We start off with a creation by our very own Falguni & Shane Peacock, who offered up their edgy designs on the NY catwalk for the first time and received a great response. Seen here is a daring low-cut bodysuit complete with garter stockings and sheer effect. Love it or hate it, you can't ignore it!

Next we have this sequin-encrusted bikini and miniskirt, teamed with a studded denim jacket from Betsey Johnson.

Johnson continues in the skimpy vein with this skeletal print bodysuit, worn over a black bikini.

Jenny Packham kept things short and haute with this tiny see-through lace number.

Out and out seduction is on the cards with this sensual see-through trenchcoat, worn over black intimates.

Flirty ruffles highlight this floral with plunging neck and thigh-high slit.

A heavyduty metallic belt is all that keeps this ensemble by Anya Ayoung Chee together, as shimmery gold hotpants peek out from underneath.

Johnson sticks to her less is more theme with another teensy little bodysuit, worn over bright pink innerwear.

Designer Max Azria offered up this cut-away Roman outfit complete with gladiator sandals for high-end brand Herve Leger.

A sequinned tank and shorts shine on the catwalk, while the racer jacket adds a funky touch.

Norman Ambrose ups the ante with this beautiful gold bodysuit and matching robe, fastened with a sash. What a beauty!

Dungarees go glam here, courtesy this plunging white playsuit, matched up with an oversized cardigan.

A crop top reveals a lot of skin courtesy the lace-up detail -- and we're not really sure whether the bottom half is really a skirt!

Arise Magazine's Made In Africa showing saw a lot of stark designs that made an impact, like this long-sleeved zippered bodysuit.

Taking the dainty route we have this creation from Lela Rose -- the delicate mauve hue, see-through detailing and polka dots come together in a picture that is nothing if not feminine.

Here we have the latest from a collection by Michael Kors -- an ivory suit, embellished with a leather belt and voluminous coat. The footwear proves that gladiators are still quite a hot favourite!

Son Jung Wan showed how to rock bling numbers like this metallic gold playsuit.

Jen Kaopulled off casuals with style, particularly this bodysuit with khaki trench and sneakers.
