Infinix has introduced a new gaming-focused smartphone, the GT 30 Pro, in the Indian market with a price tag below ₹25,000. The device will be sold exclusively through Flipkart beginning June 12.
It is equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED screen offering a 1.5K resolution, an ultra-smooth refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, and a peak brightness reaching 4,500 nits. For added durability, the display is shielded by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 7i.
The back of the device features customisable LED lighting that reacts dynamically to various actions like a power connection, call alerts, gameplay interactions.
Powering the Infinix GT 30 Pro is the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset, paired with as much as 12GB of LPDDR5X memory and 256 GB of high-speed UFS 4.0 internal space.
The handset runs XOS 15, which is built on Android 15. Buyers will receive software upgrades for two years along with security maintenance for three years.
The GT 30 Pro is fitted with a 108-megapixel primary sensor accompanied by an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter. On the front, it includes a 13-megapixel camera for self-portraits and video chats.
The phone has a 5,500mAh power unit, and comes bundled with a 45W wired adapter. Additionally, it is compatible with 30W wireless power delivery.
According to Infinix, the GT 30 Pro incorporates a six-stage 3D vapour chamber thermal solution to help maintain optimal temperatures during intensive use. It also carries an IP64 rating for protection against dust ingress and light water exposure, like minor splashes/drizzle. Not suitable for immersion.
