Alcatel Returns To India With V3 5G Series

French brand Alcatel marks its comeback in the Indian smartphone market with a new lineup of budget-friendly, powerful devices -- the V3 Classic, V3 Pro, and V3 Ultra. We take a closer look, specifically, at the V3 Ultra.

Featuring a 6.78-inch Full HD+ NxtPaper screen, it offers sharp, eye-friendly visuals & is compatible with a stylus, which conveniently comes bundled with the phone. A standout feature is its option to toggle to a monochrome display, ie black & white screen.

Camera

The V3 Ultra is equipped with 3 rear sensors, led by a 108MP main camera, accompanied by a 5MP wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro unit. On the front, it houses a 32MP camera for selfies.

E-SIM Supported

The phone supports 2 SIMs, including compatibility with eSIM for the secondary slot. Its tray holds a single physical SIM alongside a microSD card.

Dual Speaker

The device includes stereo sound output with 2 speakers delivering decent volume & clarity. That said, audio may become a bit harsh at peak levels, particularly when playing tracks with strong high-frequency elements.

Battery

The handset features a 5,010 mAh battery, paired with a 33 W rapid charging adapter for swift recharges, allowing your phone to last all day.

Price

The V3 Ultra 5G comes in two configurations: 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage tagged at ₹19,999. And a higher-end model offering 8 GB RAM and the same storage capacity, retailing for ₹21,999. Available from June 2.

Inside The Box

Inside you'll find the smartphone, a stylus that conveniently slots into the case, a charger, a protective cover, a fast charging adapter. Alcatel also confirms that replacement accessories can be bought if needed.
