Suzlon One Earth, Pune 

The headquarters of the Suzlon Group of Companies, one of Asia's largest wind energy provider, is housed in a building that has facilities to recycle all the water it uses, roof gardens and it generates 154 KW of energy onsite through a combination of windmills and photovoltaic panels.

Action For Social Advancement, Bhopal

A landmark of Bhopal, the 10,500 sq ft headquarters of Action for Social Advancement was completed in 2019 by Biome Environmental Solutions. A thoughtfully-designed structure, it incorporates eco-friendly elements like shaded overhangs and internal courtyards, effectively minimising solar heat absorption.

Indira Paryavaran Bhawan, New Delhi

India’s first onsite net-zero energy building, it houses the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. It has an LEED India Platinum and GRIHA five star ratings, utilising solar power, geothermal systems.

Infinity, Kolkata

A noticeable building on Kolkata's skyline , the 20-floor Infinity Benchmark holds the distinction of being the city's first structure to earn a platinum-grade green certification. Conceived by Agrawal and Agrawal Architects, the project sets a benchmark for sustainable high-rises in the region.
