~ The scholarship is for long-term post-graduate study in Australia at the masters or doctoral level.
~ Relevant fields of study include management, economics, business, political science, philosophy, history, law and public policy.
~ In 2007, priority fields will include international trade, disease pandemics, security and clean energy.
~ The scholarships will be allocated equitably between men and women.
~ Scholarship study must begin in Australia in 2007.
