Dressed in a red blazer, the beauty queen completed her look with a cutout bra with plenty of skin on show.
This is the fourth time Urvashi is gracing the FHM cover, and she seems to be getting better with each look.

Revealing her fitness secrets to the mag, she said: 'I love fitness and I think every person should love fitness. It is a way to life.'
She added: 'I am a very strong individual and I love my freedom.'
When quizzed about what she would like to do on a date, she revealed, 'For a perfect date, the guy has to be perfect, but in his own unique way.
'I'm an absolute foodie, and I like to eat everything actually.'
