aghavendra Rathore displayed his consistently fine and customary style at the Lakme India Fashion Week 2005.
Seeking inspiration from a range of influences like the movie Alexander, the many invasions India has been through, and the resultant pillage, Rathore's collection was a stark study in structure, form, shape and craftsmanship.
Silks layered with tissue and threaded with gold, linens, jersey, and fine blends, all combined to make up the women's Fall-Winter and a 'transitional' line for men that included t-shirts, jeans, sherwanis and shirts and pants.
