'Let your maids stay home without a salary cut'

Dr Syed Sheraz Mahd from Jammu and Kashmir says, 'There is urgent need of door to door awareness particularly in rural areas including slums.

'Rural and slum areas form a major part of the population and mostly remain ignorant.

'We have learnt enough from China, Italy and Iran. So every individual has to develop a responsible sense to fight corona.'

Nagaraju shares, "Cook your own food and eat at home. Let your maids, cooks and gardeners stay home without a salary cut and take care of their families. You will feel safe without their interference in your daily chores."

Abani, 39, from Bengaluru says, "Masks should be provided in every medical shop free of cost.
