Bollywood actors and their penchant for wheels isn't a hidden fact and more often than not, they buy the most expensive of cars and the fastest of bikes. But not Aamir Khan as the famous actor has gone ahead and bought a Bajaj V15, yes the patriotic motorcycle.

The Bajaj V15 has been in the news for it's a 150cc commuter motorcycle with history in it. The tank of this machine uses the metal from INS Vikrant, the Indian aircraft carrier which played a significant role in the India-Pakistan war of 1971. This made Aamir quite interested in this bike and he bought it.

The Bajaj V15 was delivered to Aamir Khan's residence and was handed over o him by the MD of Bajaj Auto, Rajiv Bajaj. He also got a couple of unique customisation on the motorcycle for him.

The tank gets a customised decal with the logo of Aamir Khan's production house. The black coloured bike has red decals on it.

The Bajaj V15 is powered by a 150cc engine and is geared towards city riding. On the first day of deliveries, the automaker managed to deliver 10,000 units. The motorcycle is available in two colours.
