Day 3: Eating right
A new day, the third day dawned. It just went by uneventful.
Diet
I had gone for a complete medical check up before I started the big event. My diet prescribed by a nutritionist included one glass of skimmed milk at 6 am, and cornflakes at 8. At 10.30 am, I had some vegetable soup. My lunch at 1.30 was two phulkas and vegetables low on spice, salt and oil. Porridge or a milk shake at 3.30 pm. Plus, I used to eat nuts in between for energy.
