Designer speak: Arshiya Fakih Eappen

She can well be described as an old pro on the fashion week circuit. She has after all been showing since 1998. Arshiya gets candid...

About the collection: The collection is utopic and mystical in many ways. The outfits are structured and yet feminine. There are lots of metallic hues and shine. As for colours, I've used a lot of silver grey, black, beige, magenta, green and blue.

Trends to watch out for this year: Dresses will happen in a big way this year. The quirky element will be sleeves, asymmetrical, unusual cuts and lines will add fun and style.

Your take on Fashion Week: I've been showing at Fashion Week since the first year, back in 1998. So I've always enjoyed and treasured my experiences here. It's a fantastic way to give off your best.
