We missed the glass bottomed boat ride to North Bay and the sound and light show inside the Cellular Jail. They were cancelled due to the heavy rains.

That night we were gripped with suspense wondering if our flight would take off on schedule the next day.
We checked out of the hotel early and reached the airport. The flight left after a 90 minute delay.
That I lost my return e-tickets and found an Internet centre to print them again from makemytrip.com and lost a credit card and then remembered which merchant I had left it with, can, of course, be added to our list of adventures.
It was definitely a much-needed break from office routine, cooking and cleaning. Now that I am back in my cubicle filling LTA forms, I am ready for my next adventure.
We ended our trip by breaking a coconut in front of the Pillayar temple, a thank you to God for bringing us back safely.
