What: Daksh, IBM's BPO arm, is looking for Customer Care Specialists (Voice -- tech/ semi-tech support) and Voice and Accent Trainer/ Soft Skills Trainer.

These positions are based in Pune.

Do you qualify?

Daksh says:

For Customer Care Specialists (Voice � tech/ semi-tech support)

~ You must be a graduate.

~ You must be between 19 and 33 years old.

~ Additional qualification in software/ hardware would be an advantage.

~ You must have good writing and listening skills (comprehension and verbal expression).

~You must have an aptitude for critical thinking, troubleshooting and analysis.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.

For Voice and Accent Trainer/ Soft Skills Trainer

~ You must be a graduate with the ability to handle voice and accent/ soft skills training of new recruits.

~ You must have good communication skills.

~ Prior work experience in a similar role in an international call centre is a must.

~ You must be willing to work in shifts.
