Producer of Insaaf, Bol Radha Bol, Laadla, and Shool, Nitin Manmohan has made sure his ambitious venture Deewangee is a lavish affair.

The original cast of the film starred Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan, Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon. Due to unforeseen problems, Dutt, Kapoor and Tandon walked out one after another.

They were then replaced by Akshaye Khanna, Urmila Matondkar and Seema Biswas.
