The film begins and ends at Xen’s, a trendy hair salon set in upscale Mumbai.

Xen (Rehaan Engineer) is a hairdresser with a hidden talent: he can hear the innermost thoughts of his clients when he touches their hair. Xen, grown accustomed to the peculiar gift, is intrigued when he finds himself unable to read the mind of the beautiful Nikita (Koel Purie), one of his female customers. Is Nikita simply a vacuous airhead or is something more mysterious going on?

Products of RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts), Bose explores how Xen and Nikita find their healers in each other. When he is not busy on stage, Rehaan is helming his own debut film even as Koel remains involved with television and theater on many levels, having anchored 120 episodes of a travel show on Star Plus.
