Why did you walk out of Feroz Nadiadwala's Aawara, Paagal Deewana, opposite Akshay, then?
I have my own reasons for walking out.
I think doing a mature love story where the couple face problems after marriage would be more suitable for us.
It was not like I told Feroz about my decision at the last minute. He's a friend and he completely understood my position. Also I didn't want to feature opposite Akshay so soon after our marriage.
I think doing a love story with Akshay wouldn't be right. Though my role in Awara, Paagal Deewana is fantastic, the fact that the audience knows that we're married seems unfair to them -- they would not expect us to do a film together.
