BJP wrests Guler seat from Cong in Himachal Pradesh

Harbans Singh Rana of the Bharatiya Janata Party has been declared elected from Guler constituency in Kangra district in the Himachal Pradesh assembly by-poll.

He defeated his nearest rival Neeraj Bharati (Congress) by over 1,100 votes. The BJP wrested the seat from Congress.
