November 18, 2003 01:51 IST

Chhattisgarh Minister of State for Industries Vidhan Mishra on Monday resigned and demanded security from the state governor.

"I handed over my resignation letter to Governor Lt Gen K M Seth along with a 30-point memorandum detailing corruption in the Ajit Jogi government," Mishra, who had recently joined the Nationalist Congress Party told PTI in Raipur.

He refused to divulge details of his 30-minute discussion with the governor.
