Chennai Super Kings knocked out defending champions Mumbai Indians in the first Eliminator of the Indian Premier League in Mumbai on Wednesday.

Statistical highlights from the match.

# Suresh Raina's tally of 436 (ave.36.33) in 15 matches is the second highest for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2014, behind Dwayne Smith's 559 (ave.37.26) in 15 matches.

# Raina is the only batsman to amass 400 runs or more in an IPL season in seven consecutive years.

# His tally of 2183 (ave.42.80) in 66 innings is a record in a winning cause in the IPL -- the only batsman to amass 2,000 runs in a winning cause.

# He and Gautam Gambhir share the record for most innings (23) of fifty-plus in the IPL.

# With 62 catches in 114 matches, he is also the top fielder in the IPL.

# Raina is involved in 69 matches in a winning cause -- the most by a player in the history of the IPL. Mahendra Singh Dhoni (68) and Yusuf Pathan (60) are the next two in the list.
