Indian cricket legend Rahul Dravid had the honour of ringing the bell on Day 1 of the second Test between England and India at Lord's on Thursday.
The former India captain played 164 Tests and 345 one-day matches in a magnificent career, which included scoring century in his final Test appearance at Lord's in 2011.
Now 41, he also made his first Test appearance at Lord's in 1996 and scored 96.
He enjoyed a hugely successful 17-year international career before retiring in 2012.

Dravid has a long history with the Marylebone Cricket Club, having earned Honorary Life Membership of it in 2008.
He is also a current member of the World Cricket committee, and scored a century for the club in their Champion County fixture in 2011.

Dravid's most recent visit to Lord's was less successful, though. He was bowled first ball by Paul Collingwood in the MCC versus Rest of the World Bicentenary celebration match on July 5.
The tradition of inviting former players or people with a strong association with the game to ring the five-minute bell was introduced in 2007 by former MCC Chief Executive Keith Bradshaw.
