West Indies were a dominant force in the 1970s and 80s but their performances have gone down quite steeply in the last two decades and have disappointed both away and at home.

Since 2000 onwards, West Indies have won just 18 out of 71 matches, as compared to 66 wins out of 162 matches before that period.
