Australian team arrives in Hyderabad

The Australian team arrived in Hyderabad on Monday amid tight security for a four-day match against the Board President's XI.

The team headed to the Taj Krishna hotel from the airport.

Meanwhile, police said the Australian team will have tight security arrangements during their stay for the match, beginning October 2, in the wake of terror attacks in Delhi [Images].

Spectators too will have to undergo thorough frisking before entering the stadium, they said.

Hyderabad Cricket Association officials held talks with the police regarding security arrangements for the match.
