Parthiv collects Rs 2 lakh

Wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel on Monday presented a cheque of Rs two lakh to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [Images] for the national relief fund for tsunami victims.

The Prime Minister was in Ahmedabad to address the Indian Science Congress.

The young cricketer collected donations from school children in the city for the tsunami-hit people.
