October 13: Sourav Ganguly [Images] is dumped as captain of Team India

Forty-eight days and a few good performances in the domestic matches later, he is back in the Test team.

Not as the captain of the team he shaped, not even as a batsman, but a 'batting all-rounder' as Chairman of Selectors Kiran More put it.

As Ganguly returned to the side, all eyes were on how the equation between coach Greg Chappell [Images] and former captain will be.

Ganguly was out there on the field and was even all ears to the coach at the net session.
