BCCI working committee meeting begins

August 16, 2004 12:40 IST

The Board of Control for Cricket in India's working committee meeting began in Kolkata on Monday morning to take up issues like the telecast rights of cricket matches in the country for the next three years and the contract system of payments for cricketers.

BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya said before the meeting that all the 26 members of the committee had arrived.

The main agenda of the meeting, however, is finalisation of the annual report and accounts of the board for next month's annual general meeting.
