Mumbai vs Rest of India

Sachin Tendulkar once again rode to Mumbai's rescue as the Ranji Trophy champions began losing quick wickets. By lunch, they were tottering at 98 for 5.

Pravin Amre's 246 for Rest of India against Bengal at Bangalore in 1990-91 is the highest individual score for a batsman.

Mumbai's highest score is Ramnath Parkar's 195 at Pune in 1972-73.
