Yuvraj, Gavaskar in Rest of India team

Left-handed batsman Yuvraj Singh is the surprise inclusion in a strong 14-man Rest of India squad, which will take on Ranji Trophy champions Mumbai in the Irani Trophy match in Chennai, from September 18 to 22.

India captain Sourav Ganguly will lead the team, which includes leading batsmen Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman and Virender Sehwag.

A notable inclusion is that of Rohan Gavaskar, who performed well in the Challenger series.
