The New King!

The Queensland peanut farmer raises his bat after reaching his hundred on day one of the Test. He reached his 15th Test century off 210 balls with 13 boundaries.

Born on October 29, 1971 in Kingaroy, Matthew Lawrence Hayden was rejected by the Australian Cricket Academy.

'An amazing performance, and one I will never forget. Matt just worked so hard and I am thrilled for him,' said vice-captain Ricky Ponting.
