India vs New Zealand
Ninth ODI

It was the first ball of the 36th over

The batting display by the Indian openers Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag was chanceless.

It was only when skipper Sourav Ganguly replaced Tendulkar gone for a masterly century did Kiwis get a chance.

Ganguly on 9, chipped Kyle Mills on the off-side, the ball went in the air, and Jacob Oram on the third man fence misjudged the chance and also let the ball through to the fence for four.

India's score was 205-1.
