Bracing for Blighty


Wicket-keeper Ajay Ratra, Virendra Sehwag and Dinesh Mongia share their thoughts on the English tour. While Ratra will have to compete with Dravid for a place in the one-day team and with India under-19 'keeper Parthiv Patel for a Test berth, Punjab batsman Mongia will have to fight for a place in the Test side with Sehwag.

Sehwag refused to make any predictions, saying he wanted to do something worthwhile and then talk about it. Mongia said he would prefer to be known as a hardworking cricketer rather than a talented batsman.
