Rajesh Patnaik(Captain) and Sunil Gavaskar Spartan is proud to have one of the best home cricket grounds in the league. And it has worked hard to achieve this. The ground has an artificial turf wicket, equipment storage facility and practice nets.

Spartan has been an active contributor to the Northern California Cricket Association (NCCA). In 1983, it pushed for the creation of the B division, and set up its second team. The Spartan Cricket Club sponsors the majority of the B Division trophies.
