IBM Software unveils new strategy for India

Email this story to a friend. IBM Software has announced new initiatives for its software products and solution in the Indian market.

The software group will focus on a range of solutions for e-business, business intelligence and network and systems management.

IBM Software will address these segments with a three-prong strategy based on new offerings, new partners and new commitments, Tata IBM Limited Software and Solutions Developer Marketing Vice-President Vishwesh Padmanabhan told reporters.

He said new offerings would focus on solutions for business intelligence and Web self-service. He said IBM was has committed to transform business into e-business and help them emerge successful in the competitive market.

As part of its endeavour to extend its reach, he said Tata IBM Software Group has integrated channels with the channel network of Lotus Corporation.
