Wipro Infotech wins SEI Level 5 quality standard

Wipro Infotech Technology Solutions has become the first technology software service company to achieve the highest software quality distinction of Level 5 of the US based Software Engineering Institute.

The SEI assessment was formally announced in Bangalore by Lead Assessor Richard Knudson of the United States based Global Systems Technology.

SEI Senior Member (Technical) Mark Paulk said Wipro's Level 5 focused attention on defect reduction and technology and process change management and continual and measurable software process improvement, a company statement claimed.
