Tata Telecom Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 53.09 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 as compared to a net profit of Rs 34.62 million in the corresponding period last fiscal. Total income (net of excise) has increased from Rs 684.54 million in DQ-01 to Rs 842 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2002.
