Tata Consultancy Services, a Tata group company, has announced a 300 per cent interim dividend, the first such announcement after its initial public offering, for the current fiscal.
The board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Re 1 each, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Thursday.
