Soffia Software-TranSys Tech merge

Soffia Software Ltd has informed BSE that the board of directors at its meeting held on Monday has considered the Valuation Report of TranSys Technologies Pvt Ltd and Soffia Software Ltd and consequently arrived at a swap ratio of 304 shares in Soffia Software Ltd for every 20 shares in TranSys Technologies Pvt Ltd resulting in additional issue of 23.04 million shares in Soffia Software Ltd of Rs 10

each credited as fully paid up due to the merger proposal subject to shareholders, statutory and approval of the court and other regulatory agencies prescribed in this regard.
