IT major Satyam Computer Services Ltd on Monday said it would consider bonus issue and financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 on April 21.
The board would meet on April 21 to consider final dividend for 2005-06, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The share of the company was trading at Rs 838.90, up 2.74 per cent at the BSE.
