Does the Supreme Court ban on strikes erode government workers' rights?

The Supreme Court has ruled that government employees have no fundamental, legal or moral right to go on strike.

Even trade unions, which have the right to bargain collectively, have no right to go on strike, the Supreme Court said on August 6.
