KPIT Info takes on record court merger order

The board of directors of KPIT Infosystems Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday has taken the following decisions:

1. Taken on record the order passed by the Honourable High Court, Bombay approving the scheme of amalgamation between KPIT Infosystems Ltd & Cummins Infotech Ltd.

2. Board of directors has given their approval for the allotment and issue of 704,000 equity shares and 193,300 options convertible into equal number of equity shares of the company exercisable upon the occurrence of the events as stipulated in the scheme of amalgamation between KPIT Infosystems Ltd &

Cummins Infotech Ltd as approved by the Honourable High Court, Bombay.
