DPIL to seek members approval for sale of its Tippuk Tea Estate in Assam

DPIL Ltd has informed BSE that it seeks the approval of Shareholders of the Company through Postal Ballot to sell its Tippuk Tea Estate situated in Tinsukia District of Assam.
