Industrial Development Bank of India chairman M Damodaran has resigned from the board following his appointment as the Securities and Exchange
Board of India chief.
Damodaran has resigned from the board of directors of IDBI with effect from February 18, 2005, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
