Castrol India Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs 400.10 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2002 as compared to Rs 300.20 million in the quarter ended December 31, 2001. Total income (net of excise) has decreased from Rs 3232 million in DQ-01 to Rs 3114.20 million in DQ-02.
