Moserbaer Projects on Wednesday said that New York-based Blackstone Group will invest $300 million in the company to part fund its expansion plans.
"Moserbaer Projects Pvt Ltd, a developer of power generation facility had attracted an investment of $300 million or 1,350 crore ( 13.5 billion) from the Blackstone Group," the company said in a statement here.
Moserbaer Projects has been founded by Deepak Puri and Ratul Puri, who are the promoters of Moserbaer India Ltd.
